How to be part of PymeMad?

Everything you need to know to join the most important network of small and medium-sized timber companies in Chile.

To join PymeMad you must be a small or medium-sized company in the wood sector with operations in the Maule, Biobío, La Araucanía, or Los Ríos regions. The process is simple: complete the online application form, attach the requested documents (company RUT, business start-up certificate), and wait for approval from the regional board. Once your application is approved, you will receive information about social fees and benefits.

The main requirements are: being an SME in the forestry or timber sector (sawmills, remanufacturing, biomass, forest transport, forestry services, nurseries, or timber construction), having annual sales between 2,400 and 100,000 UF, being legally established with initiation of activities, and having a domicile in one of the four regions where PymeMad operates (Maule, Biobío, La Araucanía, or Los Ríos).

As a PymeMad partner, you gain access to: trade representation before authorities and major forestry companies, participation in sectoral negotiation tables, specialized technical training, legal and tax advisory services, networking with over 100 companies in the sector, updated forestry market information, support in forestry certifications, access to development funds and collaborative projects, and visibility in our quarterly magazine and digital platforms.

Social dues are defined according to the size of your company and the region you belong to. The monthly value ranges between 0.5 and 2 UF per month. Active partners receive advertising discounts in our magazine, preferential access to training, and can apply for trade association strengthening funds. To know the exact value according to your company, contact the president of your region.
